LAN /WIN2K : FTP only work on server HELP!
HI there!
(sorry for my english, I'm French - no one is perfetc;-)
I have a pc with win 2k prof, 2 ethernet cards, 1 hub, ADSL connection (french PPtP system)...
so I applied everything like it should, my server works fine, may LAN also, every client (such as my MAC has a static IP and everyone sees eachother...)
When I use my server with dreamweaver for example, FTP protocols, everything is ok, but when I do the same thing on the Mac, or my laptop, it only accepts very small files or no even that, and I get a lots errors (FTP, connection drops, etc...)
I tried to patch the registry as shown on this site part dsl/cable tweaks, but didn't change anything...
Any1 has an idea?
If it must be, I can change to PPoE, but does it really matter?

other thing : my email client on client machine isn't working fine either... (lot of drops and connection errors too)
