OK... I just ran a whole bunch of ethernet cable around my garage and around in my back cottage. What I did to connect the two was wire them up to a CAN in both locations. I did this so none of the cable has to go outside for a long distance. I just don't know how well this is even going to work, or if it will work at all. I tested the cable on both ends at the end of each CAN with a tracer and it tested good but I just don't know how well a network is gonna run. Please let me know what you think. Thanx.
P.S. I will be using this for DSL as well.
