I play Counter-Strike

I would like to know if theres any way to disable the firewall so that others can connect to me and play on my server
Much help is appreciated .. thx much

Only way to bypass the Linksys' NAT firewall is to make the server running Counterstrike the DMZ Host.

If you disable your firewall hackers can really screw with you I wouldnt do it. Instead inable access for your friends manually!!

In the setup for your router, go to Advanced. Go to Port Forwarding. Port 27015-27015 then click apply. Your server should then work. Don't be surprized if people get booted after a few minutes; it's a well-known problem with the router.
