:::Unreal Tournament Game Hosting Problem:::
My Setup: Using client computer on a network.
I connect to the admin computer via 2 nics and a crossover cable. I use Winroute Lite networking software. Basically the DSL modem is connected to the admin on one nic and theres another nic that connects to mine via a crossover cable.
My Problem: I cannot host a game because when I host my game address is unreal://192.168.1.2:7777 . Someone told me this is not a "real" IP address but simply VPN. Therefore, no one else outside of my LAN can access my game. This presents a problem, and I am absolutely clueless as to how to get around it, any suggestions would be of a great help,
Thanks,
Drew

The IP range 192.x.x.x is private address space and not routable over the internet. In order for you to host a game on your internal LAN beyond WinRoute, which is a proxy/NAT software package.

You need to use WinRoute Lite's Port Mapping feature to forward traffic destined for the public IP assigned by your ISP to the private internal IP. You need to forward all traffic on port 7777 to IP 192.168.1.2.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
