Man, this game is friggen awsome! Finally a fps where you can swig brew, and cap some hoe's. However- the spasmatic deaths are throwing my game off.. Kinda hard to get in the groove of killing when all the pyro-camera angles are going Timothy Leary.
IS anyone following the development of this game? If so.. how can we disable those death sequences...

I clicked on the link thinking it was a game about a robot-man turned homicidal after losing a political office and wreaking havoc in Florida.
But the game sounds cool and definately worth a try.
Great game so here's my mini review
Good:
- has a new 'tired' feature. This eliminates all the idiots that go around jumping like a crazy pogo-stick-boy in Quake or Unreal. It looks ridiculous and it's unreal. You can do that but you will get tired and slow. Adds a new stratigical element.
- weapons are decent especially the flamethrower because it leaves flames everywhere. Also creative.
- armor is gained by body part and has to be shot off separately. If you want to shoot someone in the head, you must shoot their helmet off.
- healths, ammo, guns blow up if shot at. Again, this adds strategy. (see someone going for health, blow it up to piss them off :) )
- game starts quick (no stupid cut-scene) and the internal internet game option works excellent
- quick gameplay on my measly system.
- test version but it I haven't seen any bugs yet.
Bad:
- death actions are neat the first time but they get annoying
- lag between the time you reappear after death and the time you can move (about 2-3 seconds). could be my system but I doubt it.
- this is a test version so limited maps, player types, weapons and limited gameplay options (no CTF, teams, etc)
Conclusion:
All in all a very fun game and worth the download. Personally, I like it better than quake or unreal mainly because it has some creative new gameplay ideas. Download now so I can kill you till you die from it. :)
(no i don't work for them either)
