Warp in every game!!!

I play Rogue Spear(Urban ops) online at "The Zone". I have been getting major warp in every game.Also I have been getting text lag outside game. This has been happening for the last week. I've tried defragging my HD, but that had no effect. I have @home cable, and have used two tweaks for it(one of which was the @home cable tweak from this very site), the other was from www.dslreports.com/tweaks(its (http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks(its) an RWIN tweak). These tweaks have been used for about two weeks before this warp issue has occured. I am running Windows 98, and i have a Link Systems router ( i think the router is part of this issue), but i had it for months.Can someone please help me? BTW i have a firewall =)

It's the game. RS is known to have crappy network code. The only fix is to either have the server with loads of RAM or play LAN.

Why are you running a software firewall when you have a router? MAy cause confusion between the two. No need to, the Linky has a hrdware firewall thats much better then any software firewall.

I am not using a software firewall...its a hardware firewall.

What do you you mean server with alot of RAM...dont they all have alot of RAM? and even in IP i get warp.

Servers are hosted by regular (home-owned) computers most of the time. I run a RS server a lot of times on an Athlon 700/256MB with a cable connection. A lot of people on Microsoft Gaming Zone and all those gaming sites only have 128MB of RAM, which is definitely not enough for RS.
