counter strike prob

Everytime I'm playing counter strike, i get this damn Cl_flush entity packet or something like that. After that my ping jumps to like 4000 and i can't move. This is really annoying since i have a cable modem. I've looked on the counter strike forums for help and everything i've tried doesn't work. If you know how to fix this please reply.

maybe it's the server try another one

I wish it was just the one server but it's not, it happens on every server i play on.
