Quake III with my graphics card?

I want to get Q3 Arena, but i don't know if it would even work good with my graphics card. My card is just the one that came with my computer. It is an Intel 82810E Graphics Controller. Is that good enough to play the game so it is not laggy? My computer: 800MHz P!!! All my other games work great ( some games i have: Need for Speed, Ultra Coaster 3D).

Ok, i got the demo and it runs great! It took exactly 3 hours and 33 min to download.
