I have a friend who recently bought and setup the linksys cable/dsl router and we are trying to play some old school QPONG on a dedicated server...problem is.. he can connect fine... but when the 2nd computer behind the router connects... it kicks the first person out... my guess is it's a port conflict.. How can he specify a port to use in the command line? I am not sure what the port command is for Quake2 - been a long time since we played it.

I HAD the same problem. Now each computer has the Quake II icon on the desktop but have changed the properties in the command line to:
add this to the command line for executing Q2

+set client_port 27911 (my pc)
+set client_port 27912 (my brother's pc)

All this works through the Linksys box connecting to my buddies house hosting Lithium II. No problems now!!!!
