How can me and a friend play through IP adresses so we dont have to play through the zone or mplayer??

You need to select multiplayer and host (if your gonna host) or manual join if your friond is gonna host. you also need an ip number,the host will give it to you. It can be found at ,start,run,(type)winipcfg, click ok you will see ip address thats it also let me know if ur on cable, or dial up and also what isp. that may be cause for some changes hope this helps
