I live in the Niagara area and as of late cable has begin to suck again...at one ponit it was due to the whole area running on back up servers...now I'm not sure. I have all the reg tweaks loaded from here ...and my d/l's are real sweet now but the gaming kinda sucks .....any suggestions

and i have found some problems, and it seems like they keep changing the caps...

plus, my neighbors just got it too, so i think its just about time to....uhhhh....could you say.....UNCAP?!!

Yay!! Our upload is back to normal!! (My cable went out again late last night for a long time. I guess they fixed something http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif)

I get:

and InCaRnAtE, you get good speeds yourself. Try pinging your gateway. And do a tracert on a server.
