how many users do you think a 1.5/768k dsl host for cs

I was wondering how many players do you think i can host stable on a dsl that has 1.5 down/768k up.

You must pay quite a bit for that amount. I have read perhaps 10? Upload is important as well as RAM and your CPU. The guidelines for HL serving are in the help file I think, as well as online at Sierra's website.
Check out the CS site for serving help. You might have to put a maxrate cap in your server config file too so that everyone doesn't suck up the max bandwidth they can. I just read. I don't host.
