You still use Win95 http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/eek.gif? Dam, you need at least Win98/SE dude. But I think that it should work fine with Win95.

I have no idea Fubar, ecxept for the major ones like improved chat support and and some other stuff that ATI is porting into Radeon. And yes Monkey, DX 8 can improve DX enabled games.

I downloaded it and it seems to be fine. I been running it on Winme with a Geforce ddr and my frame rate has gone up 10fps.

Well it's the fastest card in 32 bit and high res at the moment. It also has the most support of Directx 8 functions.

How do I go back to DX7?
I installed that crap and lost 50 points in 3DMark2000. I was @ 5987 and thought I might reach my 6000 mark and DAMNIT! I went back 50 points. http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/frown.gif

Tried to install 7 again and guess what? No update needed newer version detected.....OUCH!
