OnlineGaming Question Pls Respond

Im a big online gamer (the game im having a problem with is called Ultima Online. i also have Roadrunner cable service which im very happy with. when i go to different web sites im downloading very fast with no problems and for the last 3 months Ultima has run very well but all the sudden the last 3 days there is a major problem with lagg!!! I called ulitma and they say the problem is not there server its the internet and when i run a trace im always below 200 ping which should be fine but the problem is still there. Please help me!!!!

Could possibly be packet loss or Ultima is just really sensitive to ping spikes. But majopr packetloss is usually a game killer. :P

Eston,you and i are in the exact same position.Uo,roadrunner and bad connection.Well i have found that it is a isp routeing problem but i am not sure if there is a solution or what it might be but i am looking into it. If you come across something e-mail me please and ill do the same.Kinda glad im not alone in this.thx Royce
