Rouge Spear Hosting

For some reason I can't host any games without lag. I have 600mhz 384 ram geforce 256 card. Im running verizon dsl 650k and I still can't host. Other people have the same dsl and still can host 16 players. Whats up? Is it my dsl? I input all the tweaks in. I still can't host. Don I need a utility? I need help

I dunno what to tell ya. My friend is on a 400mhz 128 Mb ram computer and can host 7-10.

Im on a 700mhz 512Mb ram computer, which is WAY better then his all around (video card, sound card...memory...etc) anyway and I can only hold 5 with the same cable speed.

I dont really care though cuz I dont like to host. And I Play CS way more then I do RS.
