Just a thought but try calling them and see if they will put you on a diffrent DSLAM or switch you to a less crowded card at the co?

Hi, this is my first post here.
I live in Australia. I am currently on ADSL with our major communications giant Telstra.
There are major issues at the moment beacuse for some strange reason (obvious to me), the ping shoots up come peak time. I have spoken to numerous tech reps, and, they all do not know what is the problem. Funny huh?
They also do not guarantee any level of speed so that is their easy way out of things and can get away with not havnig an answer.
Any ideas or comments will be appreciated.

I don't think they will because this is a new technology to Australia, and they believe that the network isnt crowded, however top gaming officials have said otherwise with overscribing. I will ring them and ask them though, thank you. ;)

The network isn't overcrowded, the design was just handled incorrectly by idiots at Telstra.

Cable network is rocking along :D
