Under PROGRAM, when you right click on any program, there is an option "change frequently", any idea what is that for, thanks in advance. ;)

It's not really important for the casual user. It's meant for developers whose program stats change often i.e. each time a developer re-compiles the same program. All that does is track it's usage and updates itself so that one program will not have multiple entries in the ZA database.
