is this matter of vbs and active x dangerousness so important?
I am trying to build a perfect internet connection security strategy...
I have a home pc.. do these stuff really deserve to think about or it's paranoia and I, as a home user, can ignore them?

No such thing. You can arm yourself with firewalls and Anti-Virus proggies, but there's ALWAYS a way in, if they try hard enough :)
