Weird things happening

Some weird things have been happening to my computer lately. Programs seem to be missing, folders have changed views without me changing them, like the bars along the top. I just ran AdAware 4.5 and it didnt find anything. I am going to fully scan my computer for viruses later. Anyone know why this could be happening???? :confused:

Check for Backdoor Subseven Trojan! Sounds like a good possibility. Run all your security defenses and see what turns up. :eek:

I am using Win98 second edition, I noticed this start happening about two days ago. I download a lot of things so I couldn't tell you what I just downloaded.

goto http://www.antivirus.com and use the free scanner. in most cases it's better than most av scanners And get a good firwall. i recomend Tiny Personal Firewall http://www.tinysoftware.com but if your new to firewalls Get Zonealarm http://www.zonelabs.com

Thanks for the info!!!! I solved the problem. It turned out to be a virus and when I removed the virus the computer seemed to go back to normal. :D :D
