Help i think someone is listening in!!!

Got nowere else to turn help me out on this:

If i do a "netstat -a" in dos i get this foreign ip and it says "listening in", now who is this guy i know im not willing to connect to him, because all ive got open is this site. Weird things have been hapening to my system resources while im in IRC, my system resources just start going down, down, down, could this be the reason.

Im confused...

Ok this is what netstat gives me:

Proto L.Address F.Address State
TCP sandro:1037 129.174.43.42:0 Listening

now the same applies to L.Address : 44334;1072;1075;1076;1078;

As for firewall before i posted i had just installed Tiny's Personal Firewall, is it good.

I have also Jammer and Tausacan working as is AVX shield. Ahad all this up already

I did a lookup on that ip address and it appears to be a dhcp server ST2-0293.dhcp.gmu.edu. Are you a student at gmu?
