Need Bluetooth App for XP SP3

I have a Dell Latitude D630. Windows XP Professional with SP3.
I mistakenly deleted the Bluetooth Stacker for Windows by Toshiba that was
on my machine and need to find a new BT app so that my laptop will have BT
capabilities. I have read numerous things saying that MS included a generic
BT app in SP2, but of course I can't get to that now that I have SP3. What
can I do to get a BT app back on my machine? HELP, PLEASE!!!!

SP3 contains all the SP2 updates also.

Head over to Dell and download the Bluetooth installer for your PC.

Microsoft's Bluetooth stock is extremely limited compared to what
either Widcomm or Toshiba would provide.
