Can anybody tell me how you can view what is running in the background of windows? I have heard that when you do a ctl alt del you see some progs but not all of the progs that can be hiding. I want to know exactly whats running at all times. I am running W2k server. Thanks for the help in advance.

I think run--->msconfig--->start up
should display most of the prog's that ctrl-alt-del doesnt. If you still feel the need to find more, then typing regedit in "run oughta get you the rest.
CHIMDOGGER, I recommend using this program, it gives you control of all the programs running in the background.
You can also go to CONTROL PANEL/ADMIN TOOLS/SERVICES and it will tell you what is running in the background.
I am also running WIN2K SERVER and love this program.
