Your firewall is working...that is a @home user. You should be able to use your firewall logs and send it to your ISP (assuming that you are also on @home) or send it to @home abuse network and they will deal with the culprit.
Usually they are script kiddies, so thank your lucky stars that you have the firewall to block them.

Just a point to consider when anyone considers sending reports to abuse@whatever.
You should make sure by using the clock setting sites on the net that your system clock is accurate to the second. This will make the job of the abuse@ tech's easier.
It would be pointless sending a log of hits on your system when the time is not correct.
The U.S. Naval Office, TimeTicker are two sites to set your clock to the second.
Just MHO. Hope it helps. That many hits would piss me right off too.

Look up that Ip. our provider use udp ports to scan your system . I know mine does. GoodLuck!

Have you used icq or aim or any other instantance messenger.service. This is where you could have pick up the ip from. I know the fire wall I use shows who you talk to overe them and there IP. ;)
