View Full Version : Has anyone one used Evidence Eliminator???
Does anyone have any recommendations about this product? ( http://www.evidence-eliminator.com )
I have ZA PRO and I do not like my Computer name and IP address being broadcast over the net, does anyone know a good product that hides/masks CN or IP address?
Thanks in advance.
EE works!
Multi Proxy (http://www.multiproxy.org/multiproxy.htm) will hide your IP but remember nobody is "truly" ananoymous on the internet http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/wink.gif
Some software can still read your hard drive.

http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif I would suggest you could get a freeware Disk cleaner that will do what is termed a "Government Clean" of all free areas of your hard drive.
Go here (http://www.neuro-tech.net/) and here (http://www.sover.net/~whoi/pricelesssecurity.html) for two that will do the same job.
Hope this will help.
The site you linked was just a bit too full of hype for me.
I use 'Eraser' [as above] does 35 wipes & rewrites. Data is totally unrecoverable by any means.
Can run prog & enter or just R click on target & totally remove it from your HDD.
Eraser at www.tolvanen.com/eraser/ (http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/) [freeware] Is safe from Adware & Spyware.
Have used it for over a year, effective and Powerful.

BcWipe works on the order when you delete. the file.It wipes it out then. You can get it at www.moochers.com (http://www.moochers.com) . Nothing to configure.Just when you delet choose ot on right click. Or if you want you can scan the whole hard drive and clean up deleted files. It pretty good to.
