I had blackice instaled it slowed down my browser IE (web pages) I uninsatlled it and everythig is fine any suggestion for a new firewall except Blackice

I think others here may have terrific advice for you....and maybe better than the following:
1.Zone Alarm
2.Tiny Firewall
3.Sygate Personal Firewall (personally don't like it)
4.Norton 2001(tends to splash things in your registry)
5.PC-Illin(think that is how it is spelt)
6.Zone Alarm Pro
Items 1-3 & 5 are free
4 & 6 you have to pay
