Are there any known issues with netmeeting regarding security issues over lan? Or modem? And if so, how would you go about securing it so only folks that you designate can share your computer connection?

I don't believe that I have any bad info on netmeeting. Typically those type of proggies are trying to see if you are on line so it can tell people on your contact list when you are available. Set ZA to make it ask permission to access the net. Your contacts will only know that you are online when you give it permission to access the net.

Actually, haven't installed ZApro yet on the machine at home....
Spent all weekend removing a kitchen cabinet whose countertop was made from concrete with wire mesh netting, inch thick and nearly 8' long. Not fun!!!! http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/frown.gif
But I'll be getting to it one of these moons, once I get the kitchen fixed up again....all these bloody distractions!!!
