for a software firewall, go HERE (http://www.zdnet.com/downloads/partners/zonealarm/download.html) and get zone alarm for free. If you were referring to a hardware firewall, then we ned to discuss your set up, budget, etc., to get you some options.

I am in agreeance with Jandoent. Although I have ZA Pro since I have high speed connection. For the record the free version will work also, I just like the flexibility the paid version offers.

I prefer ZA over ZAP. But Hardwall if you want/need HD security and spend some serious $$.

I was testing ZA on the pdc and bdc nt servers and had problem authenticating user and problems with wins etc,, I have the network setting at the lowest and internet settings at the highest,,is their anyhting I have missed?
