Do you have the ZoneAlarmAnalyzer (http://zonelog.co.uk/)tool? It will help interpret the log, look up both the User and his ISP Abuse@ address and prepare a properly formatted email ready for cut-and-paste sending to the ISP. Several ISPs won't accept attachments at all, and they don't want the whole log because then they have to figure out which entry you're talking about. ZoneLog Analyzer puts just what is needed, in the format required, into the email as part of the body, so nobody complains back to you.
It is still in beta testing, and is free because of that for now. Author is very supportive and responsive to good suggestions for improvement.
