Are you running any type of firewall? If so, then it's not configured to stealth your unused ports. If not, go to www.zonelabs.com (http://www.zonelabs.com) and download ZA for free. It will stealth your ports for you.
To answer your question, yes your basically an open target. If someone scans your IP, they will find this ports open and find ways into your machine.

Ick.. That doesn't sound that great. The problem is, I am running Zone Alarm Pro and yet I still have these ports open? Perhaps its a configuration problem in Zone Alarm?

What security setting do you have set for your Internet Zone? If it's medium, some ports aren't stealthed, but if you move it to high, then all ports are stealthed.
You might want to here and run the scans to double check things.... http://scan.sygatetech.com/

Alright, this is what came up after I used netstat. Is there anything there I should be concerned about? Am I just an open target with those ports being open?
Anyway, thanks in advance for any replys..

Config your ZA. Close those ports. Then get 'AdAware 4.0' to check your sys. Try 'Anti-Trojan 5.5' to check you sys. [both are free]. Make sure your AV files are always up-to-date.
