Wireless problem...

Got a problem on my wireless modem...

im using a huawei e220 by Sun Wireless Broadband

The indicatore shows that i have a 92-98% signal in HSDPA SUN

but my Dl speed is 0kbps so i cant browse

my upload speed is also slow??

where do you think is the Problem??

my PC?, The Signal? or the Modem??-

i think it sounds like the modem. i would try reseting the modem completely.
turn off, unplug, take out battery (if there is one) then wait 30 seconds.
then replace battery, plug in and let boot. can take up too 5 minutes.
