Cell phone Flooded!!!!!

Some Big A$$ flooded my phone like an hour ago... like I got sooooooooo many msgs sent to my phone and that it kinna like frozen.. What was going on? How can I find out who did that? what did that person do to flood my phone? I am really really pissed... called my cellular carrier, they said.."um..thaz strange..I've never heard anything like that.. Sir, most likely there's something wrong with you phone, it must be a factory defect.. Why don't you bring it in and we will service it? ...." No, it's not a factory defect u moron!!!! That rep just had no knowledge whatsoever!!! Since I have a GSM phone, I took my SIM card out and put it into another phone, worked for like 2 minutes, and god flooded again!!!!!! Man... What should I do?

I had a beeper do the same thing a while back. It may be a temp. problem with their satellite or with their frequency. Try digging a little deeper to find someone with your providers customer service that has a little more technical info. Advise them that you don't expect to be billed or to pay for the time that this is happening. Ask to speak with a supervisor. Be nice and explain the situation in detail. Don't use profanity or yell, remember that they only work there and it is not their fault personally.
