conseal firewall won't work on my WIN ME

I tried to load the conseal firewall on my system running WIN ME and it prompted me that it was designed to run on win 95- weird.

I have heard that it can run on WIN ME.
Any advice?

Conseal Firewall will run on Win Me only if it is installed on Windows 98 already and you upgrade to Win Me. It will not work if you do a clean install.
