Anyone Understand This Alert?

The firewall has blocked Internet access to your computer (UDP Port 6970) from 205.188.237.234 (UDP Port 12825).

I doubt someone is trying to access my computer, and its not a echo request (ping) so what does it mean?

It sounds like a zonealarm type message but what that sounds like is that you once had a connection to a certain server like Real Player, Real Audio or WinAMP that thought you were still connected. The server asked 'hello' and upon disconnecting to it, your machine never responded. Eventually the server you once were connected will see that your no longer there and will cease. It's nothing to worry about on the port range.
