About running FTP server from your cable for other peoples use. There seem to be a lot of question here lately about this. Plus when you explain it not permitted. They come back it only a small one and It's not hurting anyone. Which in realty it is. Just a thought. Thought you mite want to look into it. Most of the post are under the Cable/DLS forum. :) Plus I forgot to mention you have people telling how to run one and get around getting caught. I thought this was Illegal.

running an ftp server might be illegal and people might overlook the aup of their isp, its not illegal if the customer has bought a package from their isp that allows them to run servers,lol sorry for butting in, your post was ment for the admins, im just bored

G_Code is right though, running FTPs depends on the ISP's AUP, besides some people have leased and business services where running servers is allowed.
