Router with two DHCP Servers ?

I need a router that will allow me to assign an ethernet port with two
DHCP servers:

One DHCP server for Internal addresses
One DHCP sever for public addresses

If I can't have two DHCP servers then I need a router that will allow
me at least assign static publc addresses from the same ethernet port
that I currently use the DHCP for internal addresses.
