Sopcast at work?

While I am not surprised to see office networks connecting to
the Windows Media Feed or our online TV/Radio network, as it
is not in any blocklists, I would rather surprised to find
someone at work, in Europe, watching via sopcast

All the major filter vendors have the Sopcast network in their
blocking lists, so it was rather surprised to see an office
network connected, via Sopcast, instead of the main
Windows Media stream.

Checking the blocklists of every major filtering provider,
Sopcast is in the blocking lists.
