Hey guys, I've tried everything to improve my live video stream performance but nothing seem to help.
following is my speedtest result, TCPOptimizer setting and tracert result.

I don't need to improve dowload or upload speeds
I just want to watch nhl without constant buffering!
Just for your info my system is:
Intel E4300 running at 2.88GHz
Gigabyte DS3R MB
4GB DDR2 RAM
74GB Raptor HD + 500GB Seagate HD
Radeon X850 256MB Video Card
Using 100Mbps/100Mbps connection
I get about 89000kbps download and about 25000kbps upload within the country.
Please help my video stream performance!
I tried 1200K, 700K, 300K settings in the NHL Gamecenter
but all of them are choppy (1200K being the worst ofcourse)
