Anyone know about TFPT? I'm looking for one to use for flashing
firmware. I'm only go to use it once, is should be free.
Most TFPT uses IP address, but some uses USB-TTL.

Help.

You don't say what OS you're talking about, but you seem to be running
Windows.

There's a TFTP client in \windows\system32\tftp.exe on my Win XP Pro
system. I don't recall putting it there, so it probably came with
Windows.

It is part of XP and Vista, use tftp from the cmd line and the options
will appear.
Windows gui versions can also be got from:-
<http://www.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/down.php?path=downloads%2Fothers%2Ftornado%2FWindows-TFTP/>
<ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/network/tftp.exe>
I have had more success with these gui versions when trying to flash
routers with 3rd party firmware using windows.

<http://www.shadowsoftware.net/shadowgameworld/downloads/tftp2.exe>

<ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/network/tftp.exe>

<http://www.solarwinds.com/products/freetools/free_tftp_server.aspx>

<http://tftpd32.jounin.net>

<http://www.tftp-server.com/tftp-client.html>

<http://sourceforge.net/projects/tftp-server/>

Some of these are clients, some are servers, some are both. Depending
on what you're trying to do, you'll probably need the client, not the
server.
