i use Qwest DSL i have a 1.5mbps connection. What do you guys think my settings should be? i am also having issues on online games sometimes i would get 100+ ping

How do you find your tcp analyzer report?? and is it this below? these are the settings im currently using now.

MTU 1400
Log into your modem and set MTU to 1492, MSS 1452 (if any) , reboot and see if MTU will change !
