Best Portal Software?

What portal software would you recommend?

I am installing php-Nuke right now, and have used that in the past.

Need blog functionality as in I want to be able to post news/blog items daily. As well as have a download section. Prefer to have one with a community, and addons, but it is not a must.

I dig wordpress. If you install it on the server you can use it as a blog, cms, community, etc.

Well after some thought and trial and error I went with Joomla. It has a good look and feel as well as a good community with many add-ons.
