Wow, what a hugely wrong and inflammatory post about the change to BT. The move to a UDP based protocol over TCP is a change designed to reduce the amount of network congestion.

There is a lot to be said about this subject because the matter of why UDP might be better than TCP for BT is a bit complicated. And there are indeed caveats that will need to be addressed to make sure that the UDP will work better but shame on SpeedGuide.net for posting this FUD.
