Cablevision Systems Corp. today more than doubled the service area for its wireless Internet service, making access available in commercial and high-traffic locations across Long Island and Connecticut and in Westchester and Dutchess counties, the company said. Cablevision had already begun to increase its wireless Internet coverage area last month, expanding to all business districts in Nassau County as well as all Long Island Rail Road stations and some Suffolk locations.
