I have had a continuing problem with my network connection only on one pc. It happens whether I use a wired or wiresless connection. I pay for "Up to 20Mbps" download speeds. On speedtest.net I was geting about 1.5 Megabits until I ran TCP Optimizer. This problem even happens right after a fresh clean install of windows. It is the only computer on which I have the problem. After runing tcp optimizer I get around 18Mbps. Now here is the second problem. I had the laptop set to go into hibernation after I close the lid. I disabled hibernation because after I come out of hibernation my download speeds are back down to 1.5 Mbps. You can see the problem happening on speedtest.net because the gauge meeter sorta "shakes" while it is measuring the download speed. I also have documented the problem at another site,
