Tcp Optimezer

I tryed to optimize my conection..But before puting my wireless allready have 2 internet network adapthers so when i open the program it dont see my wireless adapther.I dont know why and that 2 adapthers are not functionaly cuz i dont use cable net anymore.
If anyone help me this is what i got:

when you use the opimtizer check modify all adapters the settings will stick for anyone of your cards.
