RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:

I am currently running Windows XP SP3 + broadband (rogers highspeed internet) modem + linksys router with the latest firmware (MTU manual 1500).
I also game alot, anywhere between 30 - 100 pinged servers. Mostly First Person Shooters


anyway i can fix the above? and/or optimize my connection even further?

try what it says here and put 1500 in the reg not sure where your mtu is stuck and but it is http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283165

so i should be selection the PPPoE check box under mtu on the Optimizer?

no cable in the optimizer you want every mtu setting to 1500:)
