Comcast user--why's my router flickering?

I just switched from Verizon DSL to Comcast broadband. I notice that the Internet connection light on my Linksys router is constantly flickering. Makes me wonder what's going on.

Anybody seen this before? Is there any utility I can use to keep track of what's happening on my network? Thanks.

try updating the frimware on the router if it keeps powering off might be time for a new router. I would also power off the router and modem for a bout 30 mins see if it stops.
