As stated above I installed win xp Service Pack 3 now I cannot find address window on my tool bar. When I right click on the tool bar the address option does not appear in the list of items.
The items are different also, they are:
Windows Media Player
Links
Windows Media Player (again)
Language bar
iTunes
Desktop
Quick Launch

Hopefully it is something simple that I have over looked.
Thanks ahead of time.
Stickey: Xp question and answers.

Status Bar maybe? If so open explorer and put a check mark next to Status Bar under the view tab.

They actually removed this due to regulations imposed on them, with the whole IE monopoly thing. Even though its BS because your address bar will open your default browser, whether its IE, Firefox, Safari for windows, etc.

Anyway, here's an easy to way to get your address bar back. Simply use the "New Toolbar" option on the toolbars menu to create a new toolbar. Select something like "my Documents" or Desktop, then drag that toolbar from your taskbar to your desktop and drop it there. Right click the new toolbar and select "Toolbars". In the new tool bars menu select the "Address Bar" and deselect all the other toolbar options on the menu. Drag the new address bar back to your Start Bar / Task Bar positioning it where you want it, and you have your address bar back. :D
