Set Default ToS Value to 80 and not 8

Uneven ping times at the modem in hop 2. Relocate the modem to some place else so that you get all 3 ping times down to 10ms or 11ms.

We changed modem because the one before was broken.
New MTU value is now not so good.

I think they change the modem. MTU back to 1492. Good!

However, Default ToS Value can't be fixed to 80 !?

You cannot ! It depends on your ISP !

I found that some driver of mine are out of date, include the ethernet driver.

Is it necessary to upgrade driver?

Will i get better net speed with newer version of the ethernet driver?

Generally yes, it is better to upgrade to the latest driver on the assumption that the later driver was made to address some weakness in the older one.

But do be careful when updating drivers for signal devices. Some drivers are only meant for particular countries or regions, and not to be used in other regions. This would be highlighted by the makers' websites. Always make a backup of the old driver in case you need to revert to it.

Can you help to download driver? It's Realtek RLT8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC.

I found that driver on realtek website. and i have installed it successful.
