Hi all. New to using a router, so I hope someone might help. I've spent hours and hours searching without any kind of success and am ready just to give up. My slow speeds with a new D-link DIR-300 are not good to say the least.

386 kbps up (~0.39 Mbps, 47 KB/s)↑

Latency: 195ms

I'm in Ukraine :(, using Ukrtelecom aDSL. Without the router the speed is fine, for me, around 500 download and nearly that to upload. Connecting either with cable, or wireless, the speeds are always poor. I've checked the sticky and done everything there, it's not a wireless issue and the cable provides the same results.

I ran the analyzer

And it says my MTU should be increased to 1500, but other searches on the web say it should be 1440 with ADSL, so what's the issue there?

I'm running 3 machines, 2 with XP and one with Vista, and they are all the same.

I've tried different channels, auto IP and static, nothing seems to change with reconfiguring the router.

So is there something I've missed here? I've tried to follow the advise from other threads, but it
s all maddeningly the same.

At the end of my ropes, any help appreciated! Cheers!
