I apologize if this is the wrong section.
See, I use Verizon DSL, and use the crappy Westell 327w model. I have had enough of the constant disconnections. Sometimes it would last awhile, 2 days tops. Still, I do a lot of online gaming so you know how hard it is with a disconnect.
Being fed up with the last disconnect, I brought myself a Linksys Cable/DSL BEFSR41. I went into the Westell and set the VC to "Bridge, Bridge". Then just used the CD for Linksys, and boom-- I'm on the internet using the new router, access to IP page and everything. Everything was going okay for the day.
.... Once again, the DSL light on the Westell starts blinking, and affects my Linksys' connection so I'm back to square one.
I'm not too bright when it comes to computers, so I have no idea how to deal with this. Is there a way I can make the Linksys handle every single thing?
